1st STAGE INTERVIEW (Video)
Enjoy a 1st stage Technical Interview with one of our senior team to discuss your technical ability in the field of Talent acquisition, your career history and your passions, interests and motivations (60 mins)
FINAL UNTAPPED INTERVIEW (Video)
Your final Untapped interview will be with our senior team so we can learn more about your personality, communication skills, attitude and motivations.
UK CUSTOMER INTERVIEW (Video)
We will present you to our UK based customers that we feel are a great match and support you through their own evaluation process. This is typically one interview.

We only allow UK companies to list jobs on Untapped. We work with Corporate talent teams, start-ups, RPO's and recruitment agencies. You'll always be paid in £’s and increase your chances of getting a higher salary.

You’ll need to qualify through our assessment process as the top 5% benchmarked against domestic and UK equivalents. -
How you are paid is ultimately decided between you and your employer. Untapped does provide a service to facilitate this also.
There are many ways to receive your salary but we like Digital payment methods like Veem, Payoneers, Deel. They are some of the most commonly used.
Untapped also have a partnership with with Deel. Employers use Deel's platform to give flexibility to employees when choosing how to withdraw their funds.
You don't have to receive your payment in your local currency if you don't want to.

It means that you're an oversea’s independent worker. Your salary is paid in full (i.e. no deductions) and you take care of paying your healthcare and taxes in your home country. It's usually the best deal for both sides – i.e. you receive more money.

Nope! Untapped doesn’t take a percentage of your salary payments as a fee. All charges are paid by the employer.

It depends on what you and your employer have agreed upon. UK companies normally pay their teams either every month. If this doesn't suit your financial situation, Untapped do have a facility to pay you on a different frequency.

If you are not a UK resident, then you don’t. You won’t be paying any UK taxes since you are responsible for paying them in your local jurisdiction.

Sure you can, you can engage in different types of work contracts: full time job, work on specific projects, hourly based work – it depends on what you agree with your UK employer. All projects must be contracted under an independent contractor agreement and paid through a digital payments portal.
