Remote Marketing and Recruitment Specialist

💸 Monthly Salary : £1000-1200
🕛 Working Hours: Full time, UK hours
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Marketing and Recruitment Specialist who is capable of understanding the recruitment industry and engaging effectively with our team. Our previous experiences with remote hires have highlighted the need for efficiency, industry knowledge, and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Designing: Create LinkedIn post images and videos, slide decks, and internal documents/training materials.
- Social Media: Develop a LinkedIn strategy and timetable, create posts, research topics and data for social media, and assist in producing a podcast.
Recruitment:
- Market Mapping: Conduct thorough market research and mapping.
- CRM Data Entry: Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate data.
- Communication: Send outbound messages via LinkedIn and WhatsApp (Odros), ensuring professionalism and presentation.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client video conferences, create client synopses, and develop slide decks.
Ideal Candidate:
- Efficient and timely in task completion.
- Knowledgeable about the recruitment industry.
- Proactive in communication and task management.
- Capable of delivering high-quality work and understanding task requirements thoroughly.
Other tasks may include:
- Diary / interview management.
- Invoice chasing.
- Cashflow forecast overview.
- Managing tech systems and onboarding processes.
- Amended and chasing client terms
- Managing internal job posts (possibly).
