🕛 Working Hours: Full time, 9AM - 6PM UAE hours
About the Role:
As a 180 Recruiter, you will focus solely on candidate management and talent acquisition. Unlike a 360 recruiter, your responsibilities will be concentrated on sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates through the recruitment process, without direct involvement in business development or client management. This role is ideal for those who excel in identifying talent and managing the recruitment pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Interviewing: Conduct phone screens, video interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Candidate Management: Maintain and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates. Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Job Advertising: Write and post job descriptions on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates, providing feedback and support throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a 180 recruitment role.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in using job boards and social media for recruitment.
