🕛 Working Hours: Full time, US Central / EST Time
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and diligent Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our company. As our workload continues to grow, you will be instrumental in supporting our recruitment efforts by handling the administrative aspects of candidate sourcing and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Build and maintain lists of potential candidates for various roles within the AI and health tech sectors.
- Project Management: Assist in managing recruitment projects, ensuring timely and efficient progress.
- Candidate Communication: Handle messaging and communication with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, helping to streamline operations.

- Hardworking and Diligent: You are dedicated to delivering high-quality work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: You are skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.
- Nice to Have: Experience working on roles in AI Engineering, Sales, Backend, Niche start-up scale environments, and familiarity with Golang and other modern programming languages.
