Marketing Manager – Podcast & Digital Content Specialist
📍Location: Remote
💸 Monthly Salary : TBD
🕛 Working Hours:
35 hours per week, with flexible working hours. Core hours are 10 am – 4 pm UK, but other times can be flexible.
Role Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our podcast series, creating engaging digital content for social media, and driving our email marketing efforts. You will also oversee the design of media packs, newsletters, landing pages, and blog content that keeps our audience informed and inspired. Your creative flair, combined with your technical skills, will help us expand our reach and continue making a positive impact in the charity sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Podcast Production & Editing: Lead the end-to-end production of our podcast, including recording, editing, and publishing episodes.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage engaging content for our LinkedIn accounts (including individual consultants and our company page) to grow our network and engagement.
- Graphic Design: Use Canva to create visually appealing content for social media, newsletters, and website materials.
- Email Marketing: Design and manage our Mailchimp newsletters, ensuring consistent and impactful communication with our audience.
- Blog & Website Management: Write, edit, and publish blogs that align with our mission and keep our audience engaged.
- Media Packs & Landing Pages: Design and update media packs and landing pages to support our ongoing marketing campaigns.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content creation and management.
- Expertise in podcast production, including recording, editing, and publishing.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
- Experience with Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms.
- Excellent copywriting skills, especially for blogs and social media content.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in or with the charity sector.
- Knowledge of SEO and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Video editing skills for repurposing podcast content.
