Summary of role:
This a new, exciting opportunity to join a UK employment agency focussed on sales & recruitment within the UK/EU/US Renewable Energy sector. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in new business development and recruitment for our UK based Client. This is a fully remote role.
Things you will be doing:
Business Development
- New Business: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using the agency’s CRM system.
Recruitment
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels and tools to proactively source and attract high-quality candidates within specified specialties.

Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, including interview preparation, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding assistance.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and provide strategic insights to clients.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyse recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction, to drive continuous improvement and meet performance targets.
Skills & Experience required:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in 360 recruitment, within the Renewable Energy sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape, including market trends, candidate profiles, and competitive dynamics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and clients effectively.
- Relationship Management: Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and develop innovative solutions to overcome recruitment obstacles.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
