Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner to help us expand our recruitment efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent, particularly from the Philippines. Given our company's focus on overseas talent, your experience and expertise will be crucial to fulfilling our recruitment objectives.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage potential candidates for various roles within the Web3/iGaming space.
• Manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the founder to understand recruitment needs and objectives.
• Develop strategies to attract top talent from the target talent pool.
• Utilize metrics and feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process. 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing overseas talent with a strong understanding of the sourcing landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for recruitment and a desire to excel in the field.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs and priorities.
