Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Sourcing Specialist with experience in sourcing for and working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates in the MSP sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the MSP industry.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, fit, and interest in working with MSPs.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting through to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings within the MSP framework.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry associations, educational institutions, and other organizations to attract talent.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and pipeline status.
- Stay informed about market trends, MSP-related skills, and competitive hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on sourcing for or working in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) sector.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical and non-technical roles in MSP environments.
- Strong ability to evaluate candidates and assess their skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
