💸 Monthly Salary : £751 - £1250
🕛 Working Hours: Full time, US hours (9am - 5pm EST)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Consultant to join our team, focusing on innovative candidate sourcing techniques. The ideal candidate will leverage AI, video, and social media platforms to reduce sourcing times and engage top talent effectively. This role requires expertise in managing candidates through our ATS (Atlas), interviewing via phone and video, and creating engaging LinkedIn content to build warm connections. You will work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless hiring process from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a shortlist of candidates from a job brief
- Record and post videos on social channels, such as LinkedIn, YouTube and X
- Work through job sourcing steps (Unity Search Sourcing Playbook)
- Manage candidates through to interview stage
- Present the final shortlist of interviewed candidates to their Account Executive
- Communicate with their candidates through interview, offer and starting phase through effective communication with their Account Executive
- Generate leads from; Phone Calls, Email campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns
- Add job leads to the CRM - tagging their Account Executive
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment, preferably with expertise in leveraging video and AI tools to optimize sourcing efficiency.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn to create engaging content aimed at building warmer connections with potential candidates.
- Advanced knowledge of ATS/CRM systems, especially Atlas, with the ability to navigate and utilize the system at an expert level.
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to screen and interview candidates effectively over the phone and via video, particularly for senior-level roles.
- Skilled in creating and posting video content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and X, to engage talent and promote roles.
- Demonstrated ability to follow structured sourcing strategies (e.g., Unity Search Sourcing Playbook) to build and manage a candidate pipeline.
- Experience in presenting shortlisted candidates to hiring teams or Account Executives and managing candidate progression through the hiring process.
- Proficiency in lead generation through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn campaigns, with experience in adding job leads to a CRM and tagging appropriately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to communicating with candidates and Account Executives throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding phases.
