Resourcing Consultant

💸 Monthly Salary : £1251 - £2500

🕛 Working Hours: Full time, UK hours

Job Description: 

The Consultant will be a key member of the Birchlake team, contributing to a blend of resourcing, account management and sales/marketing activity through delivery of full-cycle recruitment services within the Financial Services sector throughout the UK.
The position will utilise a broad range of skills across headhunting, sourcing, marketing, networking and conversion of placements.
The Consultant will have a wider mandate to participate in the strategic growth of Company, working alongside the company director to drive revenue development, expand service offerings and increase brand awareness within niche regulatory communities. 
 

Key Responsibilities: 

•  End-to-end recruitment sourcing CV’s, qualifying candidates and progressing through to placing them
• Manage existing accounts, developing relationships
• Brining on new clients as a result of proactive business development activity (not through cold calling)
• Manage recruitment campaigns
• Attend industry events/conferences
• Draft and post job ads
• Research existing and prospective Companies/Clients
• Produce and share content and insights (industry related)
• Support and co-ordinate marketing campaigns
• Headhunt passive candidates
• Market/spec out ‘hot’ candidates
• Draft terms of business with new clients and execute via Dropbox Sign (e-signature tool)
• Track and share new leads/opportunities
• Search for relevant candidates via job boards and Linked-In
• Assist with client benchmarking requests
• Attend candidate and client meetings (either via Teams or Zoom) or in person where possible
• Compliant usage of the Vincere recruitment platform

About You: 

We are seeking a driven, recruitment/resourcing professional who is looking for broad exposure to wide range of business activities and a chance to build valuable, transferable skills rapidly in a dynamic environment.

Key attributes will include:

• 3+ years recruitment industry experience in an agency/talent acquisition environment (within Financial Services is highly desirable and even more so if you have experience recruiting risk and compliance professionals)
• Talented and natural networker, able to rapidly build relationships with senior professionals and business leaders up to C-suite level
• Dynamic and innovative mindset, interested in exploring new strategies, tools and ways of working
• Autonomous approach, confident in taking ownership of assigned goals and operating with a results-focused mindset
• High levels of professional and personal ambition, looking to continually progress and push the boundaries of skill set development and responsibility
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, able to self-educate and think about obstacles to reach objectives
• Confident, clear communicator, written and oral
• Perpetual curiosity, investing continually in market, industry and technology expertise
