Recruitment Resourcer

🕛 Working Hours: Full time, UK hours

Summary of role: 

We are creating dedicated 120 Recruiters specialists whose initial focus will be to drive the best level of service to all candidates who engage with us. Each Recruitment Resourcer will be attached to a skillset specialist team and will work with them to
develop best practice processes around candidates to ensure we’re identifying the best
talent in the market to engage onto our CRM.   

Things you will be doing: 

• Identifying & engaging top talent for relevant skillset
  
• Inbox management 
• Phone check ins – regular calls with our top freelance/ perm candidates
• SOURCING- relevant talent including post job ads, managing socials and
  headhunting
• Brand representation - Social posts, engaging with our candidate base online
• Candidate registrations including write ups/ ensuring they’re on the CRM
  correctly and presenting to sales teams for placements
• Lead gathering / who are the competitors – where to track & present to team
• CRM updates – skill sets, day rates
• Sharing Industry trends
• Managing all admin for all rebooks for all desks
• Chasing not submitted timesheets for the team via missing T/S master report
