Summary of role:
As a Talent Delivery Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the
end-to-end recruitment process for Tech roles within the UK and EU markets. You
will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and source high-
caliber candidates in areas such as software engineering, cloud architecture, project
management etc. This position involves managing the recruitment cycle, from
sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and placements.
Things you will be doing:
- Strategic Sourcing & Outreach: Use your detective skills to uncover top tech talent across multiple platforms, and engage candidates in a way that sparks interest.
- In-Depth Screening: Go beyond resumes to dig deep into candidates' experiences, skills, and motivations. You’ll conduct insightful screenings that assess both technical proficiency and cultural alignment.
- Client Partnership: Partner closely with hiring teams to understand the “why” behind each role. You'll gain a nuanced understanding of their vision, tech stack, and team dynamics, allowing you to serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
- Pipeline Building: Proactively build and nurture a robust pipeline of potential candidates to ensure we can move quickly on open roles and anticipate client needs.
- Compelling Job Ads: Write and publish job ads that attract the right talent by speaking to what makes each opportunity unique – no generic postings here.
- Candidate Experience: Champion a candidate-centered approach. Keep candidates informed, engaged, and excited, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Market Insights: Stay plugged into tech hiring trends and salary benchmarks, sharing insights with clients to help shape their recruitment strategies and stay competitive.
- Results Tracking: Keep a pulse on key metrics and use insights from data to continuously fine-tune your approach, ensuring we’re operating at peak performance.
Skills & Experience required:
- Experience in Tech Recruitment: You've spent at least 3 years in tech recruitment, and you know the difference between JavaScript and Java. Familiarity with tech stacks and industry trends is key.
- Relationship Builder: You know how to connect with people – clients and candidates alike – and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Sourcing Wizard: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal database – you know where to find talent and how to approach them in ways that stand out.
- Organizational Whiz: You can juggle multiple roles, keep tabs on progress, and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Consultative Mindset: You’re not just a “yes” person; you’re ready to offer clients valuable insights and challenge them when needed to deliver the best results.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in Dutch or German would be a big plus.
- Prior experience in a tech-focused recruitment.
