180 RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - TECH RECRUITMENT
📍Location: Remote
💸 Monthly Salary : £1251 - £2500
🕛 Working Hours: Full time, UK hours
Role Overview:
As a 180 Recruitment Consultant specialising in tech recruitment, you will focus on sourcing, engaging, and placing software engineering and technology professionals. You will work closely with team members at Impala as well as our clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates, ensuring a seamless and value-driven recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, team goals, and technical requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles in software engineering, data, DevOps, Cloud, Product and other tech disciplines.
- Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including headhunting, Boolean search, and leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and our CRM, Bullhorn.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and negotiating offers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality tech candidates through networking, referrals, and database management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate activity using Bullhorn.
Skills & Experience required:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the tech or software engineering sector.
- Knowledge of tech roles, languages, and tools (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Strong relationship-building and candidate management skills.
- Proficient in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent databases.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM platforms.
- Experience sourcing for German / European companies is highly desirable.
