Summary of role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven 270 Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will focus on managing the candidate side of the recruitment process, building strong relationships with potential talent, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and engage with candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, referrals).
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for open roles.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide candidates with detailed role descriptions and manage expectations throughout the process.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements and align candidate profiles. Ensure compliance with all recruiting and hiring policies.
Skills & Experience required:
- Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a 270 recruiter capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of [industry or specific recruitment niche, if applicable].
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed recruitment targets.
